Set during the Civil War, the story follows former-slave-turned-spy in her attempts to thwart the Confederacy. I haven't gotten around to finishing it, but I like what I was reading. I forget that I even own it because I bought it on ebook. Historical fiction is my jam, so I might just push An Extraordinary Union to the top of reading pile. You can order this book and more titles by Alyssa Cole from her site.
